Esterline Korry joins Esterline BVR as an Aras Product Lifecycle Management User. Esterline BVR implemented Aras over five years ago to automate their product information and processes. Before Aras, BVR was using paper based processes and email, limiting their ability to grow the business effectively. Now BVR is able to scale up the business with centralized data in Aras, including quality processes.
Recently, Esterline Korry selected Aras for scalability, flexibility and robustness of PLM functionality. Esterline Korry manages the entire product development process inside of Aras including the EBOM, MBOM and transformation between the two. Esterline Korry will use Aras for configuration and change management of complex electromechanical systems with integrated requirements management, program management, risk management and quality compliance.
Aras is fully integrated with Infor Styline ERP and will replace a number of legacy systems, including their existing PDM system.
